A Renovation and Design project based in Lanzarote, Spain. The original footprint was reworked completely to make use of spaces previously unused. The existing garage was converted into a large 8m x 6m Living room, whilst the old dining room became the home for the stunning 2.5 m island. Stunning Spanish tiles were used throughout to create continuity, while old wood windows were enlarged and replaced with a mix of glazed aluminium opening and closed sections. The result being a bright home with clean lines. This Project was designed for vacation rentals so compromises were made, but the end result still exudes luxury and style. Silestone’s Eternal Gold were used for the worktops, with Zeus white in bathrooms and backsplash areas. The front door was probably my favourite piece, with bespoke construction from a local carpenter in solid wood with a pivot hinge opening section. At 1.2m wide it really makes a statement to the home on entering. Loved doing this project from beginning to end. The property still requires some final touches and finishes so more images to come.
